Refund and Dispute Policy

 

At C2Z Advisory, we are committed to delivering high-quality, transparent services to our clients worldwide. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and dispute resolution.

 

  1. Service-Based Nature of Our Business

All services provided by C2Z Advisory—such as company formation, bank account assistance, regulatory compliance, tax registration, and consulting—are professional services rendered on a time and resource basis. Once work has commenced or submissions have been made on your behalf, fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • Services were paid for but not initiated and formally cancelled in writing within 3 business days of payment.
  • A government fee or third-party cost was not utilized due to change of plan or rejection, and a refund from the authority or vendor is possible.

Refunds will be made at our sole discretion and less any administrative, currency exchange, or banking fees.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • The client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
  • The client fails to provide required documents or respond in a timely manner, causing delays or cancellations.
  • Rejection by third parties (e.g., banks, government authorities, embassies) due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Changes in laws, regulations, or eligibility after services have commenced.
  • Delays caused by third parties or force majeure (e.g., government holidays, bank backlogs, political events, natural disasters).

 

  1. Dispute Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at contact@c2zadvisory.com within 7 days of the issue arising. We will:

  1. Acknowledge your concern within 2 business days.
  2. Investigate the matter and provide a formal response within 7–10 business days.
  3. Offer resolution options, which may include corrective action, partial refund, credit note, or clarification.

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly, efficiently, and in good faith.
